Echeveria Tynie Berger

Tynie Berger rosettes display a range of colors depending on stress level, region and season. The rosettes pictured here are showing near perfect stress hues, which are a soft melon with lilac centers. During periods of non-stress the rosettes will appear more of a golden wheat color (and in warm, low light conditions can fade all the way to a bluish green).

Sometimes with hybrids we see slight variances in form. It appears Tynie Berger has two forms, a small form and large form. The large form can mature at sizes of 3.5-4" across, but do not hold stress colors as well and do not stress as easily as the smaller form.

If you request Tynie Berger from us we are sourcing the smaller, more compact form of this hybrid (smaller rosettes with a tighter formation and easily stressed). These rosettes will generally be about 1.5-2" across at the time of procurement. Coloration will vary a little from plant to plant and your request may not be perfectly stressed. We will source plants with excellent formation.

All photos are property of Cedar Creek Farmhouse and feature actual plants we have sold. Coloration of this cultivar may vary depending on time of year and the plants shown in our photos may be either cold stressed or UV stressed. If you wish to use our photos please send us a permission request.
