Lexus was first seen in late autumn of 2018 out of a hybrid farm we used to use for a weekly live upload called Make it Mine Mondays. It feels like forever ago since we did those Monday uploads-- we are truly honored that you guys have supported us and allowed us to be a part of your gardens for the past four years.
Lexus had an instant following and we still get requests for this little guy even now. In perfect form this plant is green with kisses of coral and mango. It has a tendency to produce eccentric formation, no two are ever exactly alike.
These mostly come out of that same little hybrid farm we used back in 2018. More often than not these ship with sparse bare roots.
All photos are property of Cedar Creek Farmhouse and feature actual plants we have sold. Coloration of this cultivar may vary depending on time of year and the plants shown in our photos may be either cold stressed or UV stressed. If you wish to use our photos please send us a permission request.

How to Request an Echeveria Lexus
If you would like to request an Echeveria Lexus from one of our partner farms simply confirm your request by adding it to your Request Cart. When you have finished making your Request selections, please click your cart and then click the button that reads 'Finalize Request.' At this stage you'll provide details so we can contact you when your request arrives. No money is required upfront today.
After submitting your request(s) please make sure that you have received an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email we did not receive your request.
When the plant arrives we will send you a link with a little video showing the actual specimen we have reserved for you. If you approve of the Lexus we have sourced, then you'll finalize your order and you'll pay at that time.
There is no obligation to purchase, this is not a presale, this is simply a request for us to get this plant in for you.
If you have any questions around the Request process please contact us at requests@cedarcreekfarmhouse.com and we'll get back with you right away.
If you are able to add this plant to your Request Cart then it means there is currently availability at one or more of our partner farms for this specific cultivar. Once you submit your request we will start the process of sourcing your plant right away.
The succulents we sell are very rare and availability on most of our plants is limited. This Request site updates daily with new inventory as our partner farms make more plants available.
If the plant you would like to request is not available-- don't worry! We'll definitely get it back in again, but we cannot take formal requests until our farms restock.
In the event this plant is not currently available and you'd like to go on our wait list you can do that two different ways:
Text Wait List
The fastest and easiest way to be notified when our partner farms restock is to send a text with only the word LEXUS to 1-833-772-3327 Once we have more available for request you'll be the first to know.
Email Wait ListWe can also email you when we restock this plant. To request an email simply scroll to the bottom of the listing and click the link that reads 'Email Me' and provide us with your email address. Be sure to add us to your address book if you have signed up for the email wait list (otherwise some email providers may sort our emails as promotions and we would hate for you to miss your notification). Our email address is: requests@cedarcreekfarmhouse.com
Our plants are market price and we see market fluctuations regularly. In general you can expect to pay about $30-$35, based on size, for each Lexus cluster you have requested. Final pricing also takes into consideration the cultivating farm and current market conditions.
Another thing to keep in mind with our requests is our pricing may be a little more than other sites because a lot of our farms have minimum order amounts and many times we will have to put in a minimum order at the farm to secure your request.

How Long Does the Request Process Take?
In most cases we will order your plant at one of our partner farms the day you request it. The overall process can be as quick as 14 days, but can be as long as 30 days. A lot of this depends on the actual farm shipping the order. Please do not email us for updates during this period -- we're a very small team and we will be unable to provide specific updates until your request arrives in house :) We ask for your patience around the Request process and we promise we will do our best to get your request in as quickly as possible.
Once your plant arrives you will get an email with a link to view your plant and from there you can checkout if you are happy with what we have sourced. If we are unable to obtain a quality specimen we will email you by Day 30 and let you know if we need to cancel the request.
If you choose to purchase the plant(s) you have requested, you will be charged a shipping fee. We do offer combined shipping, meaning you'll pay no additional shipping charges if we're shipping more than one plant.
Upon checkout for your request(s) will be given the opportunity to choose your preferred shipping method:
- USPS Priority Mail $10 (Flat rate, per box. Transit times are not guaranteed)
- UPS $14 (Flat rate, per box. Transit times will be 2-3 days.)
We can ship your requests as they come in or hold your requests until everything arrives. Heat packs, if needed, are complimentary. If a heat pack is needed we highly, highly recommend you use UPS service.
No payment is due today, as this is not a presale. Plants don't always ship how we expect them to and there are a lot of different factors that aren't in our control that affect the quality of the plants we source. For those reasons there's nothing upfront due today-- we will do our very best to source a beautiful specimen for you, but since this is a living product there is always a chance that shipping may not go as expected. You'll have an opportunity to view a video of your plant after it arrives before you complete your purchase.
If you would like to use a Cedar Creek Farmhouse gift card you may use that when you complete your order (after approving your plant).
We reserve the right to cancel your request if we are unable to source the perfect plant. Cancellations are rare, as we have over four years' worth of experience in importing plants, but weather conditions can change and sometimes there are shipping delays that are out of our control. At Cedar Creek Farmhouse we always do our best to provide plants of unparalleled beauty and quality. In the event of a cancellation (due to a poor quality specimen) you will get an email from us and you would be welcome to submit your request again at a later date.
We also reserve the right to cancel requests from folks who abuse our Request platform (i.e. requesting numerous times, but never purchasing the specimens we source). We want you to find the perfect plant, but please remember we are a small business and we are doing our very best to match folks with their wish list plants. If the plant we source doesn't strike your fancy then you are under no obligation to make a purchase, but please be mindful that we do have to purchase these plants from our partner farms when you make your request. Just be respectful and only request what you intend to purchase.
If you are a new customer requesting a large number of plants we may email you to verify your requests before procuring the order.
If you have an open request and found your plant somewhere else-- absolutely no worries! We are all collectors and we share the passion for these plants with you-- we get it! If you could give us a heads up we'd greatly appreciate it. Just send a quick email to: requests@cedarcreekfarmhouse.com with the email subject line containing the words ‘Cancellation’ and the Request # we sent to you in your confirmation email. You do not owe us an explanation :)
