We now offer a catalog of succulents for our customers to browse and we have built this site for our customers to formally submit requests through.
This is not a presale site and you are not placing an order for anything by submitting your requests. You're simply giving us your contact information and a list of the plants you'd like us to reserve for you. You will not be asked for any payment details when finalizing your request(s) and we are under no obligation to fulfill the request(s) if we experience quality issues or delays in transit.

Additional Frequently Asked Questions About Requests
+
What is the difference between Request and Wishlist?
We coordinate with our favorite farms every morning to hand pick stock for Requests. We only hand select excellent quality specimens, we do not buy in bulk. Once we have reserved inventory at our partner farms we update the site and make these plants available as a 'Request.' This means that we have allocated the plants shown as 'Request' and there is stock currently available at our farms.
If the plant shows as Waitlist then that simply means we didn't find any stock at our farms that met our standards today and we don't have anything held that is ready to ship. Don't worry! As soon as we hand select more we will text and email our Waitlists to let you know your picks are available again.

Can I still submit my request via email?
Unfortunately no. We had thousands of requests each month and it was very difficult for a small team like ours to stay on top of these requests. In early Spring of 2022 we will open up a special way to request called Concierge Service (and we will work with you one on one for a small charge to try to obtain your dream unicorn).

Wait... isn't this a Presale?
No :) A presale is when a merchant takes money from a customer in anticipation of receiving a product at a later date and fulfilling the order when the product arrives. Presales are extremely tricky with a living product because plants don't always ship the way we anticipate. This site isn't based on a presale model at all. We are simply taking your requests in a more formal way and showing you what we are able to source in real time each day. You pay nothing upfront because we cannot be sure of how the plants will ship until they arrive.

Am I obligated to purchase my request?
You are under no obligation to complete the purchase of your request. Once the plant(s) you requested arrive we'll send you a link to see a short video clip of the plant we have sourced for you. If you love what we have picked you simply checkout at that time and we'll ship her on our next scheduled shipping day.
Please remember we are a small family run business and you do need to be knowledgeable of our prices and only request plants you are truly interested in. Each cultivar will have a price range listed in the drop down menus of each cultivar page.
About three weeks. We will contact you as soon as your plant arrives.

Will my plant look exactly like your photos?
It depends :) Most colorful succulents exhibit bright colors because of a process commonly referred to as stress. Natural stress coloration is most easily achieved during certain times of the year (mainly the late fall/winter) or under high UV conditions. You can force stress through slight dehydration, cold temps and high UV lighting conditions. Even then plants change throughout the year and the succulent you have requested may look a little different during some seasons.
All photos shown on our Request site are our own photos of real plants we have sold.

Help! I don't see the plant I wanted listed here!
Our Request Catalog is always changing. As inventory levels change, availability will change. As new cultivars are created and made available, we will add additional cultivars and hybrids to the Requests catalog. We intend to be adding new products to this catalog regularly, so check back if you don't see your plant listed here yet. And if there's something missing from this catalog that you would like to see drop us a line at requests@cedarcreekfarmhouse.com and we will work on getting it added for you.
